A loan helped a member to buy maize, sorghum and beans.

Ejoheza Gashora Cb Group's story

Patricie is a 56-year-old mother of seven children ages 16 to 33 years old. Her husband is a farmer, and for the past seven years, she has been selling foodstuffs.

Patricie is the leader of the group EJOHEZA GASHORA CB, which means, "A better tomorrow." The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Patricie will use her loan to buy maize, sorghum and beans to sell to her community. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to expand her business and also be able to provide medical insurance for the family.

She is grateful for the support from lenders.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all the group members. The photo shows one member who is representing the group.

In this group: Patricie, Liberatha, Bellancille, Marthe, Immaculee, Celerine, Pruscila, Edisa, Claudine, Prisca, Djamila, Joseph, Dancille, Hamdha, Alphonsine
