Therese is a 34-year-old mother of two children aged between two and four years. Her husband is a cab driver. For the past three years she has owned a Veterinary clinic.
Therese is the leader of the group called TWIYUBAKE ZAMUKA, which means “let's build each other.” Group members who will share in this loan sell different items, and own a variety of businesses.
Therese will use her part of the loan to buy Veterinary medicine to sell to livestock owners within her community, to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to pay school fees for her children and also to start constructing her own house.
She is thankful for your support.
Due to the global pandemic, Urwego Bank was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
In this group: Elina, Therese, Jeannettte, Sylver, Ismael
