Mme Esperance is a member of Hekima MFI and leader of the village group "USAFI WA MOYO". She is married, 42 years old with 6 children who are all in school. Her husband is in retail sales.
She is in the business of selling beverages which she began 13 years ago with start-up funds received from her husband. Later she joined the Hekima program to support her business which then gradually developed. With this new loan, she will stock up on Bralima and Brasimba beverages. The challenge her business faces is related to not having enough products to sell.
She wants her children to continue their education and she wants to look after the needs of her family. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support given to business owners without access to conventional banking facilities in this global crisis related to covid-19. The photo is only of the leader of the group because of covid-19 social distancing measures.
