A loan helped a member to stock up at the weekly markets and sell her animals locally.

Grp Jubo Patar Sine Group's story

Mrs. ABY is the president of the GRP JUBO PATAR group, which means “harmony.” This group is made up of 11 members who raise animals. ABY is a 59-year-old married animal raiser with two children over 25 in her care. She is the one holding the sheep’s neck and wearing a blue and pink boubou in the photo.

She has been raising animals for more than 15 years and at times stocks up at the weekly markets and sells there too. The profits allow her to manage her family’s primary needs: food, education, primary health, etc. The problems the client faces include robbery, animal illness, high cost of feed, and sometimes selling problems.

In this group: Adama , Senne, Khady, Aissatou, Maimouna , Aby, Fatou, Awa, Ndeye, Maimouna , Diouma
