This is the Kuña Kyrey Group and they are in their 13th women's committee loan cycle. All members strive to improve their situation and get ahead together like a true team. They help each other look for ways to prosper and continue helping their families.
One of them is Mirian who makes and sells chipas which are a typical Paraguayan food eaten all year long. She says this is how she earns a living to be able to give her family the best so they lack for nothing.
Mirian is a hardworking person who struggles for her loved ones, to give them a better quality of life so they lack for nothing and all their needs are met, unlike her past situation.
She is applying for this loan to buy ingredients to make chipas such as starch, cheese, eggs, shortening and other products to continue her sales activity and meet customer demand.
Note: There is only one person in the photo despite this being a group loan. A group photo was not possible because of the Covid-19 pandemic which is still present; no official declaration of eradication has been made yet.
