A loan helped to buy a tailoring machine, as well as cloth and yarn.

Farah's story

Farah is a 25-year-old Jordanian woman and a mother of two kids. Her husband works in selling kitchen and home-ware. She wants to support her family by starting a business in tailoring.

Farah has good years of experience in tailoring and designing clothes, so she thought that a small business would help the family and would help her be more independent. To start the business, Farah needs a loan of 400 Jods to buy a machine, cloth, and yarn.

This loan is special because:

It empowers the most vulnerable and marginalized women in Jordan.
