At the moment, the family is constructing their dream home, following the couple's efforts. Philipson keeps on expanding his business in order to have the proper means to finish construction. On the other hand, he keeps saving for other future projects and to be financially independent.
The next loan will help Philipson to buy two pigs, 1200 kg of feedstuff to feed them. He will also buy two bundles of bags to resell. He will get a good profit. The revenue will be used to finish constructing their house.
