A loan helped to buy construction materials.

Manuel's story

Manuel is a man who is full of aspirations in life. He is 36 years old and is married. He has four children, and all are in school. He lives side by side with them in the pretty place Caserío Pacanal II.

One of Manuel's goals is to provide the necessities for his children. For that reason, a number of years ago he began his business of producing and selling maxan (natural leaves) [used in cooking]. Thanks to his effort and dedication, [this business] has allowed him to grow his economic earnings little by little. This motivates him to get up every morning to work in his business.

One of his plans for this year is to remodel his house. As a result, he is applying for a loan to invest in the purchase of construction material. This will help him to give a dignified roof to his beloved family. Thus he awaits this loan, which will help him to cover one of his basic necessities, with eagerness and happiness.
