Resilience Professionals Ltd's story

Resilience Professionals Ltd is a business started up by youth professionals in a technical and vocation training center in Kigali. The person in the picture is the managing director of the Resilience Professionals Ltd. They started their activities in August 2015 with a team of 23 graduates in various disciplines of Engineering, including Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics to avoid unemployment.

Resilience provides full service of carpentry, construction, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering services across a range of sectors. Their main clients are big construction companies in Rwanda. Their main focus is the carpentry workshop. They started this workshop back in 2015. But with the effect of Covid-19 the company was highly affected because it closed for a long time. As young entrepreneurs, they went through the AEC/Inkomoko program and they have an impressive company with many success stories where they have been able to employ 3,142 fellow youth.

Resilience Professionals Ltd requested a loan to help recover from pandemic effects and be able to continue with the operations. The purpose of the loan is to purchase a car wash machine and two different machines for the carpentry workshop, renovate the carpentry workshop, and get working capital. Resilience Professionals Ltd believes that they will continue to grow even more and create more employment opportunities in society.
