A loan helped a member to purchase rice, noodles, oil, and more in bulk.

Diamante Rojo Group's story

The Diamante Rojo communal bank, as part of the Agencia Collpani, is made up of eight members who are friends and neighbors from their zone. It is led by officers, of whom Lourdes is one of the officers.

Lourdes, 35 years old, is single and has three children. She currently has a business selling food at the bus stop.

The loan she will get now will be to increase her capital, and to purchase rice, noodles, oil, and more in bulk, which she will get from the wholesalers in the city of La Paz.

Later, she will make and sell it in her retail space. This type of work allows her to generate resources to support her family financially. Her aspiration is to improve her quality of life. Lourdes asks you to continue trusting in her communal bank.

Only the officers appear in the photo, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
