Twiyubake Cb Group's story

Esperance is a 54-year-old widowed mother of three children, aged between 7 and 20 years. For the past twenty years, she has owned a food stall.

She is the leader of the group named Twiyubake CB, which means “build ourselves” in English. The group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Esperance will use her loan to buy more sugarcane, Irish potatoes, avocados and passion fruit to sell in her community. With the profit from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide school fees for her children and also provide for the family.

She is grateful for the support of the lenders.
