Norma lives in La Aldea, Guacoca. She is a hardworking, enterprising woman who makes her living selling pork. She buys the pig, fattens it, butchers it, and then sells the meat. She also sells soft drinks in her home, and the customers for both businesses are from the village where she lives. She is known for her charisma, friendliness, and for selling quality meat.
She is requesting the loan to purchase pigs to fatten and soft drinks. Her goal is to invest a good amount of money in her businesses and generate greater profits to fulfill her dream of having a soft drink store in the community because people visit her business often. She is grateful for the support of Kiva and field partner, Prisma.
