A loan helped to buy fish, chicks, feed and vaccines.

Mame Diodio's story

Mame Diodio is 31 years old. She lives with her husband, her co-wife, and their children. She is active selling fresh fish and in raising poultry. She buys the fresh fish in Kafountine and resells them in her local region. With the help of her husband, she also raises poultry. She raises chicks for two months at the maximum, and then resells them to use for meat. These two activities, combined, allow her to pay the tuition fees for their children and to help to take care of the needs of the family. She is asking for another Kiva loan to continue with this dynamic of growth.
