Kadiatou's Group's story

Madame Kadidiatou is the president of the "Kawral Kadidiatou" group. In the Peulh language, "Kawral" means "harmony."

Madame Kadidiatou is 50 years old and works in livestock farming like the other women in her group. She is married and the mother of two biological children, who are 15 and 17 years old. She has another dependent who is 12. All of her children go to school.

Her group comprises eight women who work in livestock farming. Madame Kadidiatou buys and sells sheep in the weekly markets in her area and the sub-region. She manages to earn an annual income of 70,000 FCFA.

Thanks to the income she earns from this activity, she can meet her children's educational, nutritional, and healthcare needs.
