Quintrel's story

I grew up in the city of St. Louis with a single mom. We had a middle-class life but my mom instilled the mindset of hard work in my brother and me at a very young age. Even though I always had an entrepreneurial and creative spirit, I decided to follow in my grandfather's footsteps and join the military to explore more of what the world had to offer. I learned from many mentors and like-minded people while serving. I have always prided myself on making my family proud and building generational wealth so creating a business was inevitable. While serving in the military, I continued to be creative and create media content. My only brother passed away while serving and I felt lost, I decided to turn my grief into success and finish my degree. After graduating from college with my BA, I figured this was the best time to use my knowledge and skills to create a multi-media content creation space for other creatives on an affordable scale. Creative expression is important and money should not be an obstacle to letting the world see how great you are. This led me to start my multi-media creative event space, KRe8 Spaces.
