Ndume is a customer of the MFI Hekima and the leader of the "Akili Ni Mali Nyawera" village group. She is married, 40 years old, and the mother of 5 children who all attend school. Her spouse is a civil servant.
She sells clothing. She started her business 4 years ago with startup funds she received from her husband. Later, she joined Hekima to help her business which has been progressing steadily since.
She will use this new loan to buy women's clothing in bulk. Her main business challenge comes from having to deal with bad merchandise.
She would like to see her children continue with their education and to develop her business.
Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they are giving to owners of non-bankable business during the covid-19 pandemic.
