Nopoko's story

Nopoko is married and the mother of five children who all go to school. She is a pig farmer, which she has done for more than five years on the periphery of the capital. She is on her sixth loan cycle with IMF Yikri and repays her Kiva loans without difficulty because her animal raising works well. She requests a new loan to buy food for the piglets, food, and medications in order to better raise the anials and to meet her clients' demand. She plans to use the profits to reinvest in business and to save for better living conditions for her family.
