A loan helped a member to buy vegetables, meat, chicken, pork, and more.

Tajy Poty Group's story

This loan group is called "Tajy Poty". The group came together thanks to the union of friends and neighbours, all women, who fight indefatigably to move forward together so that their loved ones need for nothing. The members are part of the poverty elimination programme.

Veronica Limpia is one member of the group. She says she makes a living as a cleaner, saying that, thanks to her work, she has been able to save up money and open a business selling roasted meats. Veronica is a very hard-working woman who looks to continue improving and, through her work, continue giving her family all that she herself could not have.

Veronica is grateful for this opportunity to be part of the loan group. It will be a great help to her as she continues to give the best she can to her loved ones.

Veronica is applying for this loan to buy staple goods for her roasts, such as vegetables, meat, chicken, pork, and more.

Note: although this is a group loan, only one person appears in the photo. Gathering people together for a group photo was not permitted owing to COVID-19 restrictions.
