Aizat is 30 years old, married and has 2 children. She has a a high school education. Since 2010, the main income for her family has been from raising livestock and crops. Thanks to her hard work, Aizat has on her farm today 4 cows, 10 sheep and a horse, as well as a 1.44 hectare plot of land on which she grows beans.

Aizat has an agreement to deliver organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Aizat applied for 160,000 som (KGS) from Bai-Tushum Bank after learning that she can receive the loan based on her contract for future deliveries as part of the product "value chain". She will purchase dairy cows to increase her volume of milk sales. Payments for the milk from the factory will be deposited directly into her bank account and loan payments automatically deducted. Income from the loan will help Aizat further develop her farm.
