A loan helped buy groceries for making food.

Sonia Maritza's story

Sonia Maritza is 47, married, and has one child. Her husband is a fisherman. They live in Puerto López, a place with beautiful beaches and hard-working people who continue to be strongly impacted by COVID-19.
Sonia is a hard-working woman who, with her family, does everything possible to earn a living. She is getting out of a difficult situation and bit by bit making things work with loans. She has a restaurant on the beach where she offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the evenings she also sells tapas and some drinks that keep her clients coming back for more.
She needs this loan to buy groceries for making food.
