06_Ngueyenne Keur Amadou Yalla Group's story

This group is comprised of 16 women who are bound by strong ties of solidarity and support one another. They live in the same village and thus decided to seize the opportunity to join this group [banc villageois] when it was established in November 2019 in their area. Their primary business is retail.

Mrs. Seny, (standing at the far right of the photo with her hand raised), is the group's representative. She is 46 years old. She is married and mother of 2 children of whom one is a girl. She runs a business selling fabrics. She has been running this business for several years which has allowed her to gain experience in this field.

She plans to use this new loan to purchase damask, wax and silk fabrics. She will resell them directly to customers in her village.

She will use the profits to expand her business and meet the her needs and those of her children.
