A loan helped to buy stock for her grocery store and expand her house to accommodate her canteen.

Sereana's story

Sereana has a canteen that is located in a very good place in her village where many villagers comes to buy goods every day. She has been involved in business activities for many years and feels comfortable running her business because she can earn money every day despite the second wave of COVID-19 (delta variant) that has affected the country.

Sereana is seeking a loan to help improve her business activity. She will use this loan to buy additional supplies such as milk, eggs, sugar, rice, biscuits, salt and soft drinks and also expand her canteen since a majority of the shops in the village have closed down. She knows this could be a great opportunity for her and hopes to run a bigger business in the future.
