A loan helped a member to purchase and sell traditional clothing from her region.

Grupo Chuiwonabaj, La Familia Group's story

Many women in the world work to provide a better future for their beloved families. Thanks to this hard work, they achieve it without leaving aside the people who guide these women to achieve success.

Marina is one of them. She works in making and selling traditional clothing from the region.

Previously, she obtained a loan which she managed to invest in the purchase of huipils, woven sashes, and traditional skirts. With this investment that she made, she was able to see positive changes in both her life and her business.

This year, she is requesting a loan with which she plans to purchase merchandise. This includes: huipils, woven sashes, and traditional skirts.

Despite the Covid-19 that exists in her community, Marina continues to sell her product. This motivates her to continue working in her business that she has been carrying out for years.
