A loan helped a member who is going to stock up with rice, flour, oil, Omo (laundry soap) and sugar, which will build up her working capital.

Wazazi Wema Group's story

Nono is a client of the IMF Hekima and presides over the business group "WAZAI WEMA". She is married, 40 years old and the mother of five children; three of whom are in school and two of whom are younger. Her partner is a shopkeeper.
She sells various items. She started this business four years ago with start up funds received from her husband. Later, she joined the Hekima program to support her business, over the course of which, she progressively developed. With this new loan she is going to stock up with rice, flour, oil, Omo (laundry soap) and sugar, which will build up her working capital. The challenge of her business is tied to unpaid debts.
She would like for her children to continue to study and to feed her family. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support given to nonbankable business owners against the backdrop of this global crisis tied to COVID-19. The photo is only of the leader of the group because of COVID-19 and respecting the social distancing measure.

In this group: Nono, Jean Claude, Gernaine, Ladislas, Janvier
