This beautiful woman is Turdikan. She is 61 years old, married and all of her children are of age. She has a secondary education. To provide the primary income for her business, she has been involved in animal husbandry and farming since 1990. Thanks to Turdikan's hard work and her husband's help with the business, today her farm contains five cows, 13 sheep and 0.64 hectares of irrigated land, where she grows organic corn. To continue growing her business, Turdikan is requesting support in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) from the Kiva Fund to buy livestock in order to increase her income from breeding livestock and sales of organic meat. The profit from the loan will help her expand her business by increasing her headcount of thoroughbred cows.
