Yadira's story

This is Yadira, age 22, who lives with her parents and siblings in the community of San Cristóbal Bajo. After finishing school, she began to work raising pigs, to be able to help her family with daily expenses. Yadira aspires to have a career or to enter university to continue studying at some point. She is aware that a having an education opens job opportunities. She has seen this in her own experience when she has sought employment - she always was asked about work experience and education completed.

On the path of this dream, she requests a loan to be able to improve and increase her business raising pigs. She wants to have a well-established business that will permit her to pay for her studies.
