A loan helped to buy a sack of taro, bananas, bottles of vegetable oil, a frying pan and wooden spoons for her food business.

Fogaa's story

Fogaa is a 57-year-old mother with 8 children. She runs a small business selling bananas and taro chips in her village and at the market to earn a living. She has been doing this for more than 5 years.

Fogaa has requested a loan to buy a sack of taro, bananas, bottles of vegetable oil, a frying pan and wooden spoons to help her run the business. She hopes to use the profits to build a chips store in the near future and provide for her family's needs. Fogaa became a member of SPBD in 2018.
