A loan helped to invest in her restaurant in rural Panama during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Olga's story

Meet Olga!

Olga runs a small restaurant in rural Panama. She has dedicated the last five years to the improvement and growth of her restaurant and also pig-breeding in her free time.

Thanks to these two economic activities, she has built a house for her family, provided for her two children and afforded school for them.

Olga is asking for a loan to invest in her restaurant, by making renovations to the place, buying inventory and piglets to sell later as meat in her restaurant.

Olga has excellent references from the people of her community and vendors. She is known for her engagement and leadership in community projects, the local church, school and water council.

Thanks for supporting and empowering women like Olga in rural Panama.
