Neema is a client of the Hekima microfinance institution, and is the leader of the Jehova Jireh business group. She is married, 36 years old, and the mother of five children, who are all in school. Her partner is a merchant.
She sells men’s clothing. She started this business 13 years ago with start up capital she received from her biological father. Later, she implemented the Hekima program to support her business, during which she grew progressively. With this new loan, she will stock up on men’s clothing in gross, which will build up her initial capital. The challenge of her business is linked to having insufficient capital.
She would like for her children to continue studying, and would like to nourish her family. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to proprietors of unbankable businesses, in the context of the global crisis linked to Covid-19. The photo is only of the leader of the group, due to Covid-19.
