A loan helped a member to buy seeds and fertilizer.

05-Bock Diom Group's story

This group of women was created in May 2018. They live in the same community and have very strong family ties and bonds of solidarity. Their primary activity is agriculture. Yoni, the group's representative, is forty-three years old, married and the mother of seven children including six daughters. She works in agriculture.

With this loan, she plans to buy peanut seeds and bags of fertilizer to help them grow. After harvest, she will resell her products at the local market at a good price, hoping to obtain the highest profits. With the profits, she plans to strengthen her savings, diversify her business (livestock) and improve her family's living conditions.

In this group: Yoni, Fatou, Ouly, Nogaye, Bouya, Ndeye, Anthia, Aissatou, Ndeye, Amy
