Muva Group's story

The communal bank called “MUVA” is a new communal bank. It is made up of women who are mothers and who work toward a better quality of life for their families. They came together with the goal of being able to help each other and make improvements. They are also participating in the Poverty Stoplight Program.

Antonia is one of the communal bank members. She earns her living selling footwear and clothing. Antonia says that although her work is modest, it has allowed her to help support her home and her family. Antonia is a person who stands out because of her desires to improve her situation and to get ahead. She is unafraid of challenges, which is why she can work tirelessly.

Antonia is requesting this loan so can purchase a variety footwear and clothing. That will allow her keep up with her sales and to fill the orders her clients are always making.
