Salamatu's story

Salamatu is married with three children. She is 54 years of age, and resides in Kasoa, in the Central Region of Ghana.

Salamatu earns a living from the operation of a hardware shop. She sells plywood, roofing sheets, paints, nails, and other building materials in her shop. Her presence in the community is helping lots of building contractors and individuals who want to renovate their houses. She started the business twenty years ago and has built it to a very appreciable level through hard work and perseverance. She possesses good customer services and works hard not to let her clients down.

Salamatu is currently seeking financial support to buy stocks of her supplies.

Her intention is to plough back her profits into the business and take care of her children’s education. Salamatu is grateful in advance to her generous Kiva supporters.
