N. Winnie is an encouraging businesswoman of thirty-three years old, a single mother of three children, all going to school. She is looking after one orphan (girl) who is schooling, too. She runs a restaurant business which she has been operating for over twelve years. She is using the loan to purchase restaurant items such as a variety of food like bananas, maize flour for 'posho', rice, cassava, sweet potatoes, Irish potatoes and so forth to prepare food for her customers.
