Jeanette is a customer of the microfinance institution Hekima and President of the Byamungu group. She is 61 years old, married and the mother of seven children who all attend school. Her husband is a professor.
Jeanette sells used clothing. Her husband gave her the startup funds 12 years ago. Later, she asked Hekima for a loan to support her business. The challenge of her business is related to a shortage of customers. She wants to educate her children and build a solid house.
She thanks Hekima and its partners for their support to unbankable entrepreneurs.
