A loan helped to purchase a solar freezer system to help increase income in her general store business.

Nolvia's story

Nolvia is 46 years and and is an entrepreneur who has earned a living through her general store business for 20 years. She is already very satisfied as with the profits from this business, she is giving an education to her children and her goal is that they will be able to graduate and be useful people in society.

She lives with her two children and her husband who earns a living through cattle ranching in a town in Atlantida, Honduras. However, one of her main goals is to keep expanding her business and in the future be able to buy a car and transport her products.

Nolvia hopes to be able to improve the service she gives her customers due to the fact that in her community there is no access to electricity. This is why she is asking Soluz Honduras to finance a solar freezer system which will help her to increase her income, with which she will be able to incorporate more variety of products, such as meats, dairy products and soft drinks without the need to buy ice to keep them in a good condition, and through this give better service to her customers.
