Kigando Village Bank Group's story

Joseph is a married man with eight children, and he mainly deals in growing and trading maize, beans and cassava, which he has done for the last for the last eight years. He is charged with the responsibility of paying school fees for his children. His dream is to build a good residential house for his family, though he is challenged by the seasonal nature of the business.

He is requesting a loan facility to buy more maize and beans to sell during this back to school season. He is a member of Kiganda Village Bank where members guarantee each other to access financial services for their social and economic well-being.
