Salma's story

Salma, 57, opened her school believing that she could help the disadvantaged gain a strong foothold in society by providing them with a quality education. She has 98 students enrolled in her school, and 50 per cent are female. Salma is very devoted to guiding her students properly, then letting them explore practical life themselves. She has requested a loan of 150,000 Pakistani rupees for the construction of new classrooms.
