Amina's Group's story

This group is made up to ten women who share strong ties of solidarity and who help each other. They live in the same village and took the opportunity to join this women's group when it was established in their area in November 2018. Their main activities are small business and agriculture.

Madam Amina (standing on the far right with her hand raised) is the group's representative. She is 32 years old. She is married and has 4 children, including three boys. She works in market gardening. She benefits from many years of experience in this domain.

With this new loan, she plans to prepare to produce onions by purchasing seeds and fertilizer.

With the profits, she plans to invest in raising sheep and selling the products from her gardening.
