In the outskirts of Mpigi, there is Bagaga Kwagalana Lugo Group. All the members in this group are butchers with a common goal of poverty eradication.
Dorcus aged 22 is a married mother with 1 child. She has a butcher shop and this has been her source of income for 2 years. This being her only source of income, sometimes Dorcus finds it hard to pay school fees for her younger siblings in time due to delayed payments from her customers.
She has therefore applied for a credit facility from UGAFODE to clear the remaining balance so that they may be allowed to start the term without any disturbances.
She is grateful for the financial support that will keep her siblings in school.
