A loan helped a member to buy more cassava flour, palm oil and other items to sell to her customers.

Frank Yamundu Group's story

Gevina sells tomatoes, palm oil, cassava flour and other items that enable her to raise income to support her family. She is a widow who joined Frank Yamundu Group after the death of her husband and the members have greatly encouraged her to move on. She grows both food and cash crops like coffee and with the proceeds, she pays school fees for the children. She thinks of diversifying into a retail shop of general merchandise but is still limited by the perishable nature of her current products.

This loan will help Gevina to buy more cassava flour, palm oil and other items to sell to her customers.
