Edmundo's story

Edmundo has a Toyota station wagon, which he employs every day to offer service to the greater community. He lives in a house in Anticrético. His greatest desire is to buy his home, so that he can get out of antichresis (possession and enjoyment of mortgaged property by mortgagee in lieu of interest payments) because it is inconvenient for him to not be able to make changes to his house because it is not his property. He does have some capital to use towards his home, capital which he is currently using to pay off the antichresis, but he needs six thousand American dollars ($6,000). His wife sells food out of their house to help support their nuclear family. They have two dependent children. Don Edmundo started to work when he was very young, and he has been working in this field for 15 years, with his own car for one and half years. Now, his work in his own car is easier because they don't have to pay daily rent to anyone; he can just work for himself and his family. His dream of his own house is not far off, because he now earns more money with his own vehicle, which he can use to pay off his mortgage.
