Tanyaradzwa's story

Tanyaradzwa is a 20-year-old entrepreneur who lives with her parents in the Hurungwe district in Zimbabwe. She sells groceries. Tanyaradzwa is requesting a Kiva loan to purchase more grocery stock. She plans to use the profits she earns to support her family. Tanyaradzwa will repay the social interest on her loan by volunteering 2.5 hours per week as a Camfed Transition Guide, leading sessions in life skills for out-of-school girls in her community, covering financial education, sexual and reproductive health, and entrepreneurial skills.
