Mwanajuma's story

Mwanajuma is a married mother of four children, all of whom attend school. She lives in her own house that has electricity, but no piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is school fees for her children.

For the past ten years, Mwanajuma has operated a food stall business. She faces a major challenge of a high cost of food materials in her business. She dreams of opening a hotel and hiring employees in the future.

With the funds she is requesting, Mwanajuma wants to purchase stocks of wheat flour, maize flour, rice, and sugar.
