Gerson is 40 years old. He lives in the community of Poncaya Abajo, in the town of Catacamas, Olancho. He works in agriculture, growing staple grains and raising cattle. He has over 25 years' experience in these two areas. With the income he makes he provides for and meets the basic needs of his home.
He is seeking a loan to buy a 100-watt solar powered electricity system so he can provide power to his home. His dream is to have a long life in order to achieve his goals, and to move his small family forward.
