A loan helped to buy solar cells for his house to solve the problem of power outages.

Abed Al Rahman's story

Abed Al Rahman, who appears in the photo, is a 28-year-old refugee man living with his family in Jabalia, Gaza Strip. He tries hard to make sure that his family lives in the best conditions and to cover all their needs. He works in auto repair, where he earns a low income that is barely enough for the basic needs of his family.

Power outages and restrictions on electricity are common in the blockaded Gaza Strip, which affects the daily life of people living there. Therefore, Abed went to Palestine for Credit and Development (FATEN) to request a US dollar loan to buy solar cells for his house to solve the problem of power outages. He hopes you will help and fund his loan.
