A loan helped to fertilize and weed his coffee plantation devoted to organic growing.

Javier Duberli's story

Javier is 22 years old and lives in the village of Linderos, a small community of coffee growers 20 minutes from the province of San Ignacio, Peru. Javier lives in his parents' house with his wife and three-year-old daughter. He maintains a two-hectare plot of land for coffee that is high quality and flavorful that his father gave to him. He sells it to a cooperative in his town. He has dreams of expanding his coffee field, buying a house, and living with his new family and giving them a better quality of life.

The loan will be used for fertilizing and weeding the high-altitude coffee plantation. Thanks to COOPAC Norandino, Javier already has experience with loans and being very responsible for his payments. He is thankful since they are contributing to his development.
