Ngothie's Group's story

The banc villageois that these nine woman are part of was formed in February 2001. They make a living mainly selling a variety of products. Ngothie, who is on the right in the photo with her hand raised is the group's representative. She is 33 years old. divorced and the mother of two children. One of them is a girl.

She has been operating her business for a number of years. With her new loan she plans to buy 25 pairs of shoes, 50 packages of hair extensions, 4 dozen perfumes and dishes that she will sell in the local market. Her earnings will be used to take care of the education and health of her children and for food expenses.
