Adamasay's story

Meet Adamasay, from Masuba branch in Makeni, Sierra Leone. She is married with three children between the ages of seven years and 12 years old. Her children are currently attending school. In 2002, Adamasay established an assorted drinks business. She started her business because business she wants to take care of her family. She works at the business 11 hours per day and six days per week. Adamasay says that the main challenge to her business is the high cost of transportation.

Adamasay requires a loan in order to purchase pure water and assorted drinks for resale. She hopes that the extra income from this loan will allow her to increase her business and to improve the life of her family. In the future, Adamasay plans to see her business grow in the next three years. She thanks Brac and Kiva for their support.
