G.s. Amigos Para La Produccion Group's story

Juan is 27 years old, has two children, lives in a common-law marriage with his wife, and resides with his family in the municipality of Intibucá. For 5 years, he has worked in agriculture, growing coffee. He sells this yield in the area, from which he gets his income. The loan he has requested is in the form of a group loan, with which he will purchase fertilizers, manure, fertilizers to apply to the leaves, and pay labor costs to care for his crop.

His objective is to give his crop good care to improve the quality of his product. He has as a goal to improve his house and his family's quality of life. The group to which he belongs is called the Amigos para la Producción solidarity group and is made up of three people, from the left they are Juan, Mario and Eusebio.

The work in growing coffee, live in the same community which belongs to the Lenca ethnic group, and they ask for their first loan from ODEF for the amount of 40,000 lempiras to purchase fertilizers and supplies to be able to give their crops good care.
