A loan helped to buy organic fertilizer in order ensure better quality products and generate a better income for her family.

Maribel's story

Maribel lives with her partner and her 2 children in a community very far from town. Maribel and her partner work on small plots of land that she inherited from her parents. They grow onions, carrots, and potatoes.

The little that they produce is not enough for them, and sometimes they must work as day laborers to be able to provide the daily bread for their household. They must sell what they produce to be able to support their family, since they have no other income.

Maribel is requesting the loan to be able to buy organic fertilizer to ensure better and higher quality production. These products will help very much with her output, and with that she will have a better income.

This income will help her to better support her family and offer a better future to her children. Having a better income will help her greatly.
